The Operations Manager ensures the smooth operation of The Center facilities.  This includes maintaining the building, supervising building volunteers, managing the information technology, and managing the vendors.

Penni Honey, having served as the Director of Operations, a Board member, Chaplain and a volunteer in multiple areas at the Unity of Phoenix for almost twenty years, comes to The Unity Center as a veteran and student of New Thought and Unity principles and teachings. She has worked in Commercial Construction Management for almost 15 years and looks forward to the amazing possibilities that The Unity Center is ready to step into. Educated at Arizona State University in Business Management and Speech Communications, Penni looks forward to serving The Unity Center with her professional experience as well as her spiritual gifts. Her mantra: Spirit Leads!!!

The Finance Manager manages all accounting and bookkeeping functions for The Center.  This includes money management, financial management, financial reporting, maintaining The Center data base and training and supervising office volunteers.

The Bookstore Manager oversees all the bookstore operations.  This includes maintaining the bookstore, ordering books, assessing sales, and training bookstore volunteers.

The Director of Youth and Family manages all the functions of The Center's Youth and Family Ministry.  This includes developing and managing youth curriculum, scheduling classes, managing and recruiting volunteers, preparing classrooms, coordinating special events and training volunteers.
