Prayer

Prayer is a powerful tool for creating a world of peace and plenty.  In prayer we lift our thoughts above sensory information to realize the truth beyond appearances.  In prayer we connect with the Source of all that is and the creative power that makes it manifest.  In prayer we lift up one another, beholding the life, wisdom and love within each of us. –Daily Word, 9/9/10.

Our prayer this week:

Dear God, we know that darkness is not a separate power; simply the absence of light.  Just as a single candle radiates its light, I shine my light through prayer.  I am one candle, and together we are many.  Prayer by prayer  we illumine the darkness till every corner of the globe is aglow with Divine light.  And so it is.  Amen
